While making this GRG I've come across some questions on how it should work.
1. What key should activate the GRG?
2. How should the battery life work? Should the player have three chances or should it be some type of meter?
3. If it's not a meter and the player has three chances does that mean it's unlimited?
4. Is there any restrictions on the GRG? Can it shoot the dinos? Can it ride the dinos?
5. When the player uses the GRG to get past something do they have to go back and do it again with the real Zalien? Or is there some type of teleporter attached to the GRG?
I just want to know how the team feels about the subject.

By adding this GRG we are adding another control. Don't forget to add this to the interface screen!!

The way I would think it would work is that you find a energy cell(battery) and that gives you one chance or two or something. Then the hologram would let you try something but would not let you teleport. If you can get Zalien to go back to the spot he began at but I think that would hard to code, or maybe I just don't know how.

3. I would go with a meter whats the point if the player can play through the game and never die? Letting the player find items and build the power would add to the goal of the game. But we should limit how many items in a level thus limiting how much the player can use it.
4. This all depends on later in the game, is the player going to spend alot of time on different dinos? If the player is on a dino a lot it should probably cover that too.
5. The teleporter idea probably is a good idea since from my view point I would be pissed if I made it and had to do it again. This may be another testing factor.

I think they should only have three chances. Use Q to make active the GRG. no it will come back when you do something special or something. No it shouldnt be able to ride the dinos. people should be able to figure that out themselves. they should be able to link back to zalien after they complete a task with it and then they should be able to do it. Once they see the grg do it you know. we cant make the game that easy. Still need to have a challenge somewhere.
