Oh how I love the thumbnails. So here is what I have thus far on the thumbnails. Please feel free to critque or provide feedback on the ones you like. I will be doing final sketches soon.
I think I remember something from the internet class about buttons on the right of the webpage is bad. I could be remembering it wrong though.
Anyway keeping that in mind I like number 8 in the second set. It looks like you were going for the feel of the spaceship interface that we have for the game.
I also like number 5 in the last set. I just like this layout the best.
I'm confused at the buttons though. On half of the pages you have four and the other half you have three. Do you know how many buttons you will have on the site. This will make a difference in how it should be laid out.
You might want to decide how the flow of the website will go before you start comps on the final version.
In the first set I like thumbnails 1 and 5.

In the fourth set I like thumbnails 1, 5, and 8.
I like these sets ups because they flow the best and make the most sense in terms of space usage and placement.
