Well I'm glad it took a game HORIBA and one week left of class to get some level design feedback. I'll get right on that. Most of the level glitches mentioned have already been fixed...over a week ago. I'm not expecting anyone to post sarcasm or excuses in the comments. You didn't know, so it's not a prob.
