New Help Menu?

So I am working on the new interface idea Shelby and I came up with. I hope everyone likes this version. I went the aliens glove arm for the interface. Please let me know what you think. As for the animations the lights on the bottom light up in sequence and the two red light bulbs flicker. I kept the data input animation and changed the screen to fit the glove. I will post the quit menu soon and some of the level artwork I have done.
