The first Image is the classic Instructions screen that states the games goal and gives you a static image of the key controls. Tried, tested, true, and slightly boring but it gets the point across. The second image is a similar type of Help screen with a few key differences, for example the goal is written at the bottom of the screen and on top is a movie clip that scrolls through the list of actions along with an accompanying animation. For example, an image of the space bar and the word Jump would appear and then above it an animation of the main character jumping would play.
