“Time Blunders”
Week 5 (Sprint – Target Testing, Pitch Documentation, Catch Up)
5/ 5 /09 Tue : team epic fail
5/ 7 /09 Thur : review all work done to this point. Put it all on the table. Finish prototype. Send emails to rally focus group for game day. Layout and complete testing questions. Catch up work must be completed by Sunday 5/ 10 /09 (yes that's Mother's Day) and posted to the blog for Monday assembly.
5/ 10 /09 Sun : Catch up work DUE. This includes all previous completed documentation plus the incomplete assignments that were due the prior weeks.
Week 6 (Sprint – Green Light 2)
5/ 12 /09 Tue : (Green Light 2) Pitch Document, roster, business plan, timeline, testing plan, testing results, paper/digital prototype. The team lead will write the pitch document everyone should be documenting their respective portions through out this development process.
5/ 14 /09 Thur : Game Design Document ASSIGNED
Week 7 (Sprint – All Game Flow Charts)
5/ 19 /09 Tue : Storyboard, Level Design, Programming, and Gameplay flow charts assigned. Make them in Illustrator or some kind of flow charting software.
5/ 21 /09 Thur : All flow charts are DUE
Week 8 (Sprint – All Pre Presentation, Pitch Materials)
5/ 26 /09 Tue : Digital prototype will be a collective high priority as well as the the presentation format
5/ 28 /09 Thur : All materials needed for Interfaces Presentation DUE
Week 9 (Sprint – Interfaces Presentation)
6/ 2 /09 Tue : Final assembly of all materials. Presentation outlines given to team. Presentation rehearsals begin.
6/ 4 /09 Thur : Presentation rehearsals. Refine and tighten.
6/ 6 /09 INTERFACES!!!!!!!!!!! Team Presentation
Week 10 (Sprint – Review, Implement, Final Pitch)
6/ 9 /09 Tue : Review the comments and feedback from Interfaces. Update and refine the areas of topic.
6/ 11 /09 Thur : (Green Light 3) Team Materials Pitch
