Pterodactyl! Pretty sure we're going with the bottom design, but these are all the designs he's gone through so far, Joe has the colored versions, and if not they are posted in another post somewhere.
Raptor has been fighting with me over having feather or not, though for the sake of picking what'd be most recognizable to those who will be playing, I think we're going with the no feathers on the right side of the page. Though adding some feathers to his head is a possibility!
T-rex has remained pretty unchanged, and I don't really have an updated image to show you guys. I'll try and get something before heading to bed though!
Land dinos, with color! I may have gone a bit over board with the patterns on the Parasaur, they can easily be toned down though. Triceratops may need some adjustments on the color too, looking a bit bright if you ask me. (Also, I STILL don't know what one we should use! I like them both so much.)

ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful! You are right about the coloring of the triceratops but I like the pattern you have on it's skin, besides we talked about how the dino's will change color when they are about to go out of control, who says the colors have to be natural?

ReplyDeleteThe dino's are looking good. I've got a question though. How many and what dinos are we using. I was under the impression that for our test and first level we needed a (because I don't feel like looking them up I'll be using the phonetic spelling of the dinos) terodakdyl, tricerotops, and raptor.
ReplyDeleteI'm not 100% sure on what we're doing exactly for the tutorial level dino-wise; but I know that our four 'main' dinos are as follows: Pterodactyl, Velociraptor, Tyrannosaurus, and one of two grass eaters above.

Just a question, (based off some of the focus group results) what would you change (if any)with these creatures using a market of: males 16 - 20 years old?
